311 is an easy-to-remember telephone number that connects citizens with specially-trained customer service representatives ready to assist with City service requests: potholes, stray animals, downed street signs, trash collection or other City requests. Our 311 staff are always ready to answer any question, or assist with any issue you may have regarding City of Lubbock departments or services.
The 311 Call Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 311 customer service representatives are knowledgeable, friendly and ready to help!

Lubbock Police have released a list of numbers to keep on hand, especially during the severe weather season.
LPD reminds all Lubbock citizens that 911 is for emergencies only, as 911 operators have been overwhelmed during recent severe storms, which can affect police, fire, and EMS response to life-threatening situations.
The non-emergency number for Lubbock Police is 775-2865.
Also, if you have power lines down that do not pose an immediate threat or your power is off, contact Lubbock Power & Light at 775-2555 or 775-2509.
If a tree has fallen into the street, call City Codes at 775-2123.
Lastly, if you feel you must report damage to your home or business, call City Building Inspection at 775-2087.
